1.     Male, Japanese National age 35-50 years old

2.     Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer or related field

3.     Work Experience jobs concern for 5 years in QC QA management level

4.     Excellent command of English both (speaking, listening and writing) or knowledge of a third language would be advantage (Thai Language)

5.     Good personality, communication, analytical and problems resolving skill

6.     Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

7.     Has experience with sales in automobile manufacturing would be advantage (especially in die casting parts)

8.     Can use the MICROSOFT OFFICE and internet

9.     Able to read the drawing would be advantage

10.  Having a leadership and can work as a team well

Job Description

1.     Advise and solve the problem for subordinates and improve subordinates’ skill

2.     Analysis root problem and find the root cause

3.     Check report from subordinates

4.     Check and approve document before submit to customer

5.     Drive QC QA team to achieve KPI target

6.     Control budget and create business plan

7.     Communicate customer requirements and customer information to internal

8.     Coordinate between customer and internal to keep schedule of new project on time

9.     Other assigned by superior.
