Qualification

1. Female, Thai National age 25-28 years old

2. Bachelor Degree in Japanese or related field

3. Having experience at least 2 years in Manufacturing company

4. Good communication in Japanese N2 (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing)

5. Moderate communication in English

6. Understand Automotive Parts Business

7. Honest, work hard person and can keep secret

8. Responsible person, disciplined, punctual and able to work as a team

9. Having good relationship, communication skill and can co-ordinate with others well

10. Having service mind

11. Having the knowledge in IATF16949 will be advantage

Job Description

1. Translate in Production, QA & Engineer for the main job (Can support other when other interpreter uses the annual leave)

2. Support translation between Thai & Japanese

3. Prioritization of tasks

4. Other assigned by management

Other Information

· Business: Automotive Parts

· Working days: Monday-Friday and some Sat as Calendar 8:00a.m.-17:00p.m.

· Total Salary: Max budget 40,000-45,000baht (up to candidate’s experiences)

ฐานเงินเดือน  - ตามโครงสร้างบริษัท (ขึ้นอยู่กับอายุ และประสบการณ์ค่ะ)
เช่น ฐาน 28K - พิจารณาตามประสบการณ์ค่ะ
ค่าภาษา -      N3 = 5000     N2= 10000   N1=15000
ค่าครองชีพ – 1000

สวัสดิการ
·         ค่าเช่าบ้าน  1200
·         เบี้ยขยัน     600 – 800 -1000 -1200
·         อาหารกลางวันจ่ายเป็นเงินวันละ 40 บาท ตามวันที่มาทำงาน  ตอนเช้ากับตอนทำ OT ต้องเตรียมมาทานเอง
·         ค่าอาหาร OT 30  บาท ( OT วันละ 2 ชม)
·         มีชุดฟอร์ม  รถรับส่ง สายเครือ ศรีราชา หนองก้างปลา มาบข่า บ้านบึง ปลวกแดง โป่งสะเก็ต เขาขยาย
·         ทดลองงาน 119 วัน หลังผ่านทดลองงานไม่มีการปรับฐานเงินเดือน ปรับเงินประจำปี ปีละ 1 ครั้ง เดือน ม.ค.
·         หลังผ่านทดลองงานมีประกันกลุ่มอุบัติเหตุ  สามารถสมัครกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และโบนัสตามผลประกอบการ (ต้องผ่านทดลองงานก่อน 30 พ.ย.)
·         ปี 2023 โบนัส 3 เดือน ( มีการประเมินผล )
